CMT will work with the local jurisdiction to develop a building department that meets the need. CMT will also bring the ability to scale up and down based on your changing development needs. CMT works with Commercial and Residential Projects.

Plan Review

CMT expedites the review of project plans to keep them progressing effectively. Whether a residential outdoor deck is being added, a multi-story building, or reviewing renewable energy for a larger facility, CMT has experienced, certified professionals to ensure your community’s safety.

Inspection services

CMT's team of ICC certified inspectors use their knowledge of the industry, the Municipality's local codes & ordinances, and the experience gathered throughout their careers providing expert building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections. They can also be engaged for routine, health, structural, and fire inspections on a full-time or supplemental basis. No matter what building type or occupancy, we have inspectors ready to support you and your community.

Construction progress inspection

CMT will perform construction progress inspections as defined by the Montana Building Code Program and your local Municipality City.

Design & Submit Approval forms

CMT will design & submit all forms for approval as needed. These include but are not limited to stop-work orders, posted onsite Permit Inspection Records, Commercial & Residential Plan Review Checklists, etc.
